You can create as many different appraisal forms and processes as you need, or you can use one of our existing templates. Different forms can be quickly and easily assigned to individuals, job roles and/or departments. Existing appraisal history can be imported.
You can see how frequently you would like reviews to take place and when you would like the review cycle to end. Interim and final review dates can be assigned or agreed by individuals within the system.
Employees can add notes, upload evidence or request an interim review at any time.
