Data can be imported or set up directly within the system. You can use ItsGenie's libraries of job roles with their associated skills, qualifications and competency areas to precisely define the jobs you have.

If you offer classroom, online, instructor-led or broadcast learning, you can enter details into the system to make it available to relevant staff. ItsGenie Evolve can manage demand, supply, and bookings from this point on, tracking completion and results.

You can import any data you have and/or import a list of staff and request staff to update their own records (with checks, if required, being carried out later). Staff will automatically be notified by e-mail they need to complete this activity and the system will guide them through the process.

Staff will now have a simple to use online system where they can see how their capabilities match what is required of them, request or book new learning activities and a log of all their learning. The organisation will be able to manage skills, competencies, capabilities, learning and ensure compliance needs are met.
