Chris' career spans nearly 30 years including  senior positions in the public and private sector.

The hallmark of his career is how he has championed the collective performance of people within or between organisations. His work in this field has gained international recognition.

• He developed a unique joint planning approach between education and industry to create an internationally acclaimed network between British Aerospace and the education world across five countries.
• As a Corporate HR Director for BAE SYSTEMS, Chris led the development of partnerships to create leading edge practices in people performance management and technological advancements.
• As a Regional Director for the North West Development Agency, Chris led a ground-breaking approach involving regional agencies to forge an integrated service for employers.
• He is the founder of Business Mindset a consultancy specialising in improving organisational performance through the collaborative approaches of their people.

He co-founded ItsGenie, an online solution that enables large or small, public or private organisations to bring their Business Plans to life and gain performance improvements through the increased visibility of aligned effort of their people.
